Form & note completion practice

Form and note completion is the most common task in IELTS Listening, especially in Parts 1 and 4. Each exercise here takes the gap-fill questions from one test, with the video starting at the right part.

Check the word limit before you listen: with ONE WORD AND/OR A NUMBER, an answer of two words is wrong even if both words are right. Write exactly what you hear, because a misspelt answer gets no mark.
